These terms apply to the TABU SPA Marketing API application used by TABU Ritual SPA to support advertising activities carried out through Meta services.

The application is used, among other things, to manage advertising campaigns and to process information submitted in connection with advertisements and contact forms.

The application is an internal business tool and is not intended for direct use by end customers.

2. Meta services

The operation of the application depends on services and interfaces provided by Meta Platforms.

Use of Facebook and Instagram is also subject to the applicable Meta terms and policies.

3. Personal data

Personal data is processed only to the extent necessary to handle contacts, enquiries, forms and advertising activities.

4. Application availability
